How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide our services, operate and improve the website, preview and schedule posts, upload selected media to LinkedIn, publish content when requested, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability.

LinkedIn Scheduler

When you use the LinkedIn Scheduler app, you choose the post content and timing. If an image is attached, the app may use a temporary file URL from ChatGPT or another host to upload the image to LinkedIn and store the resulting LinkedIn media identifier for the scheduled post. The app sends content to LinkedIn only when you schedule or publish a post.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services such as hosting providers, analytics tools, database providers, ChatGPT/OpenAI, and LinkedIn. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Scheduled post records may be retained until they are published, cancelled, deleted, or no longer needed for operational purposes.
